" My psychotherapy practice draws on my experience in the teachings of Jungian psychology, Contemplative psychotherapy (drawing on the practice of being in the present moment of awareness), Meditation and Cognitive Behavioral Therapeutic Techniques.
I help people translate their own inner dialog and thought system. Your moods, relationship issues, bodily symptoms, dreams--all contain valuable messages that want to become conscious. Looking deeply into the raw material of your everyday life--becoming more present--you learn how to become aware of this present moment.
Together we journey into the themes that express themselves in mind, body, and spirit. When we understand the message we can make new decisions about how we will think and respond within and without. Working this way allows the wisdom that is within you to begin to unfold.
My Coaching practice gives people confidence and the ability to move forward in a positive manner in the areas of their life where they desire change. It is about transcending the barriers, through Mindful Awareness , and creating the ideal environment for positive action to take place. It is a holistic approach which looks at the present and sets goals for a successful future. Coaching begins with an awareness that every human is born with the ability to achieve whatever they want to create in life."
